
A local business chamber leader from east China's Shandong Province was charged with bribery and abuse of power, said the Supreme People's Procuratorate (SPP) on Sunday.
Zhao Wanli, former deputy chairman of the Jinan Federation of Industry and Commerce in Shandong Province, was charged with taking bribes and abuse of power by the Jinan City procuratorate, said an SPP statement.
The case has been filed to the Jinan City Intermediate People's Court, the statement added.
The Jinan Federation of Industry and Commerce is a local branch of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, which includes major state-owned and private businesses across the country.
