
Minister of Post and Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) Zohra Derdouri has reiterated Tuesday in Algiers "the strong willingness of Algeria to strengthen its relations and cooperation with Serbia in the field of Post and ICTs.
"I would like to reiterate our strong willingness to strengthen our relations and enhance our cooperation in the sector (Post and ICTs)," said Derdouri during a ceremony for the issuance of a joint stamp marking the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries.
Speaking at a press briefing held jointly with the Serbian Ambassador to Algeria on the sidelines of the ceremony, Derdouri underlined the existence of "new prospects for the two countries to strengthen cooperation through the exchange of experience and assistance in the field of electronic, financial and postal services."
"Other areas of cooperation can be examined, like encouraging start-ups and research in ICTs," she said.
