Egypt, Chad sign agricultural cooperation agreement

Egypt's Agriculture Minister Adel el Beltagi and Chadian Minister of Livestock and Water Resources Issa Ali Taher inked Wednesday a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to boost bilateral agricultural cooperation.
The MoU includes developing livestock, veterinary services and Fisheries and training a number of Chadian cadres in these fields.
During the meeting, attended by a number of Egyptian and Chadian officials, the two ministers reviewed Egypt's role in backing agriculture and livestock in the African content.
