A statement issued by the Foreign Ministry on Sunday said 18 tons of humanitarian relief aid had been ferried to Nepal in cooperation with the Egyptian embassy in New Delhi.
The statement added that the Egyptian government appreciated the quick response of the Indian government to Egypt's request for sending the aid to the Nepalese people via Indian territories.
