Egyptian minister signs deal with Chinese company

Minister of Housing Mostafa Madbouly has signed a memo of understanding with a Chinese company to provide finance for a feasibility study for reclaiming one million feddans and building housing communities.
The government will not pay a penny for the feasibility study, he said.
"President Abdel Fattah El Sisi follows up personally the one million feddan reclamation project," he said, adding that the Chinese company will take part in the project.
The feasibility study will be handed over within three months from the date it receives full data of the project, he concluded.
