Mona Abdel Malek Khalil, the executive director of the Egyptian-Russian Business Council said the joint governmental committee will meet for three days as of Sunday.
In exclusive statements to MENA, Khalil said the meetings will be co-chaired by Trade and Industry Minister Tarek Qabil and his Russian counterpart Denis Manturov and involve representatives for a large number of Russian companies seeking to invest in Egypt.
Using the Egyptian pound and Russia's Ruble in mutual dealings, returning Russian tourists to Egypt to normal and registering Russian pharmaceutical companies in Egypt come high on the agenda of the meetings, she said.
An agreement on the establishment of a Russian industrial zone in Egypt is also expected to be signed, she added.
