Egypt’s Ambassador to Tanzania Yasser el Shawaf discussed on Saturday with Tanzanian Minister of Works, Transport and Communication Makame Mbarawa available investment opportunities in Tanzania for Egyptian companies working in the fields of construction, real estate and engineering consulting services.
The two sides reviewed several projects that are expected to be built in Dodoma, including a road network, schools, hospitals and other infrastructure projects.
For his part, Mbarawa welcomed the participation of all Egyptian companies in the implementation of infrastructure projects here either through tenders or agreements to be reached between Egypt and Tanzania on ways of financing those projects.
Furthermore, the two officials agreed to push forward bilateral cooperation, given the high experience and good reputation the Egyptian companies enjoy in this domain.
