Business climate in France has been stable in January from a month earlier on unchanged appreciation of the country's business leaders, official data showed on Thursday. Business indicator stood at 94 points, unchanged from December figures but remained under its long-term average of 100 points, the national statistics bureau Insee said in a report. Climate of industry and services were stable over the period but the building sector and wholesale trade activity indicator fell by one point and three points respectively, according to the report. At the same time, the turning point indicator was unchanged at 0.8 which indicates a favorable business climate relatively to the long-term tendency, Insee noted.
