
A German economic delegation wrapped up its visit to Egypt during which it discussed cooperation and investment opportunities in Egypt as well as contributing to implementing mega national projects.
The delegation of representatives of German companies, trade unions and chambers of commerce met during the visit with Prime Minister Ibrahim Mahlab, the ministers of transportation and trade and the head of the General Authority for Investment, Egyptian Ambassador to Germany Mohamed Hegazi said on Monday.
Hegazi added that the delegation hailed the visit's outcome, expressing the desire of the German companies to invest in Egypt as the country is carrying out a number of major projects such as the New Suez Canal project.
