Germany has decided backing efforts to reconstruct the Gaza Strip which was destroyed during the Israeli war last year.
Berlin offered 73 million euros said the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA).
It said that State Secretary of the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development Thomas Silberhorn approved to provide the funds during his visit to the strip.
Germany provided 20 million euros for the Palestinian enclave in 2014, according to a statement issued by the German Media Center in Cairo on Monday.
