International cooperation minister to take part in AIIB opening ceremony Saturday

Minister of International Cooperation Sahar Nasr will represent Egypt in meetings of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) to kick off in China on January 16-18.
The event is meant to endorse financial and operational policies of the bank before it officially starts operation.
In statements on Friday, Nasr said she is participating in this meeting with the aim to enhance economic relations with various funding institutions.
Nasr said that she will hold a series of meetings with Chinese officials to prepare for a visit by the Chinese president to Egypt next week.
