
.Jordan on Germany, on Wednesday, signed two financial and technical cooperation agreements to support a number of development projects funded by the German government.
The Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation said the German government will provide, under the agreements, aid worth 75.9 million euros, of which 10 million euro as a grant and 50 million as a soft loan while the remaining 15.9 million will be in the form of grants and technical assistance to support projects in areas of water, sanitation, climate change and supporting host communities of Syrian refugees.
The agreements were signed on behalf of the Jordanian government by Minister of Planning and International Cooperation, Dr. Ibrahim Saif, and the German ambassador in Amman on behalf of his country's government.
