
Kenyan President Uhuru Kenyatta met here today with HE the Minister of Transport Jassim Saif Al-Sulaiti to review relations between the two friendly countries and means to support and develop them.
The meeting was attended by Qatar's Ambassador to Kenya Ibrahim Mohamed Al-Abdullah.
The meeting came on the occasion of the working visit HE Al-Sulaiti is paying to Kenya which resulted in the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding in the field of maritime transport between the government of the State of Qatar and the Republic of Kenya.
The MoU was singed for the Qatar side by HE the Minister of Transport and for the Kenyan side by Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Eng. Michael Kamau.
HE Al-Sulaiti held on Thursday official talks with his Kenyan counterpart at the headquarters of the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure in the Kenyan Capital Nairobi.
HE the Minister of Transport arrive in Nairobi on Thursday on a two-day official visit.
