His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa received at Al-Sakheer Palace, his Personal Representative and the Chairman of the Supreme Council for the Environment,HH Shaikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al Khalifa,, who introduced to HM,, the Director-General of the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) Dr. Kandeh K. Yumkella,, currently visiting the Kingdom,, for the accreditation of Bahrain\'s Green lifestyle project,, and the inauguration of the Arab-International Center for Entrepreneurship and Investment in the Kingdom. HM the King welcomed Dr Yumkella,, blessing the establishment of the projects,, which come in line with the ongoing cooperation between Bahrain and the United Nations. He affirmed that the project also comes in line with the progress of Bahrain\'s development march,, which contributes to supporting the national economy,, and commercial and economic activity,, that have made the Kingdom, a hub for many companies and institutions. HM the King expressed thanks and appreciation to UNIDO,, for choosing Bahrain to establish its project,, which will reinforce joint cooperation and coordination. He also stressed that the Arab-International Center for Entrepreneurship and Investment,, (PTO) will be a model for serving business owners around the world. HM the King hailed the effective role of the UN and its programs and projects,, which contribute to the promotion of development around the world,, in addition to its efforts to preserve international security, stability and peace. He also affirmed Bahrain\'s keenness to develop its relations with the UN and its different branches. HM the King extended his greetings to the UN Secretary-General ban Ki-moon,and his appreciation for the exerted effort to support and reinforce the progress of the United Nations.
