Kuwaiti Ambassador to Albania Najeeb Al-Bader met, at Kuwait\'s Embassy headquarters in Tirana, Mayor of Shkoder Country Lorenc Luka where they discussed means of boosting bilateral ties, especially on the cultural and the developmental levels. The Kuwaiti diplomat told KUNA, on Friday, that the Kuwaiti-Albanian ties are \"deep\" and constantly moving \"forward.\" AL-Bader commended Shkoder\'s for expressing his condemnation of the Anti-Islam film that mocked Prophet Mohammad and his assertion of the importance of respecting religions, with resorting to neither defamation nor acts of violence. On his part, Mayor Luka expressed appreciation to Kuwait\'s support in setting up many developmental projects in the country. In addition, he stressed that Kuwaiti investors are given all possible facilitations to start their businesses there. Shkoder\'s Islamic scholar, meanwhile, praised Bait Al-Zakat\'s charity work in the County during the past month of Ramadan. He hoped for a more cultural and religious cooperation with Kuwait\'s Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs to achieve greater good for the two countries.
