Kuwait Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI) board member Osama Al-Nisf said that trade volume between Kuwait and Germany amounts to 1.4 billion euro annually, making the European country Kuwait's fourth international trade partner.
Kuwait and Germany enjoy decade-long relations in all domains, especially in trade and investments in both public and private sectors, Al-Nisf said during a meeting with the visiting German delegation, headed by State Secretary at the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs Matthias Machnig.
He added the KCCI strives to develop bilateral trade ties with German investors by eliminating all obstacles that might encounter.
During the meeting, Al-Nisf presented to the German delegation many potential projects that might attract the interest of German investors.
In return, the German official called on Kuwaiti investors to engage in some profitable investments in his country, especially those related to infrastructure, industry, and real estate.
