Luxor Governor Mohamed Badr discussed on Saturday with Program Manager at UN-HABITAT (United Nation Human Settlements Program) Mohamed Nada projects that can be implemented on the ground.
Badr underlined that certain projects will be selected so as to be studied by the United Nations (UN) program to provide citizens with basic needs and services.
Nada said that the United Nation Human Settlements Program aims at offering technical support for the General Authority for Urban Planning to prepare strategic urban planning for the cities and governorates.
It also adopts the urgent social, economic and environmental issues, he underscored.
