
Etihad Etisalat (Mobily) has inaugurated its new main retail branch in King Khalid International Airport (KKA) in Riyadh.
This move comes as part of the new expansion strategy for the year 2016.
The branch is located in the international arrivals hall.
The opening took place in the presence of the KKA on Saud Al-Asmari, duty manager, and a number of other Mobily’s leaders and executives.
Mobily, under its new strategy, has been strengthening its direct presence to facilitate access for its subscribers.
The move also aims to expand sales and customer service channels and its availability across the board.
With the opening of the latest branch in King Khaled Airport, Mobily will ensure a wider presence of its services and support systems that cover all land, air and sea border posts in various parts of the Kingdom.
The opening of this branch is part of Mobily’s strategy of increased access and support for the subscriber.
King Khaled Airport in Riyadh has a significant importance for Mobily as the airport has among the highest density of travelers in the region.
Therefore, this branch represents a great start to Mobily’s expansion strategy which will help achieve better access to subscribers.
Through a branch at this strategic location, Mobily will serve the guests and visitors to the Kingdom as well as its citizens .
The new location boasts of new integrated branch services, such as, issuing prepaid and postpaid Sims, activating the packages of various kinds and provide Internet data services and broadband lines as well as smart phones.
Customers can also pay bills, update their information and recharge packages through the branch.
Mobily seeks to expand its services to its subscribers offering more flexibility and ease through these main branches equipped with trained and highly professional experts to serve its customers.
