
A delegation of 21 countries is currently on a visit to Bahrain organized by UN Department of Economic and Social Affairs to enhance information on Bahrain's e-government experience.
The delegation was briefed on the application of the National Health Information System (I-Seha) and its main objectives to ensure the provision of high quality healthcare services for all segments of society, and to efficiently circulate information among health sector staff.
The 7-day integrated program organized by the e-Government Authority in cooperation with Bahrain Information Technology Society concludes today.
The delegation will be informed of the experience of the e-Government Authority and other government bodies' national projects related to technology sector, including Central Informatics Organisation, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Education, Civil Service Bureau, Ministry of Social Development, Bahrain investors Centre, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Works, and Telecommunications Regulatory Authority.
