No development for Russia outside WTO

There was no way Russia could develop outside the World Trade Organization (WTO), Chief Executive of state-owned Sberbank, German Gref, said on Tuesday.
“I do not see a development path for our country other than within and in harmony with the international community,” he told the international youth forum Tavrida near the city of Sevastopol.
Asked about his attitude to sanctions, Gref described them as “a dead-end track”.
