Presidential decree agrees credit facility agreement between Egypt, AFD

Abdel Fattah El Sisi issued a presidential decree Sunday approving a credit facility agreement between the Egyptian government and the French Development Agency (AFD).
Under the agreement, the AFD will provide a 40 million euro sovereign loan to finance the first 20 MW public photovoltaic power plant connected to the electricity grid in Kom Ombo in Upper Egypt.
