South Korea begins ratification process for FTA with Australia

South Korea began its process this week to gain parliamentary approval for the free trade agreement (FTA) with Australia for possible enactment before the end of the year, the government said Thursday.
The bill on the ratification of the South Korea-Australia FTA was submitted to the National Assembly on Tuesday, according to the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy.
