Tripoli urges Iran to help clear mine fields in Libya

Libyan Defense Minister Osama Al-Juwali urged Iran to help clear mine fields and remnants of ammunitions in his country. In an exclusive interview with IRNA on Monday, he said Iran’s experiences in this field could help Libya fight mines problem. He also noted that a group of Libyan people wounded during the civil war have been transferred to Iran to receive treatment there. The minister further said that his country had good relations with other countries especially with the Islamic states like Iran.
