
The UAE Red Crescent Authority (RCA) has distributed over 60,000 clothes to the underprivileged children in Malaysia.
The move is a part of the ongoing Dress One Million Needy Children around the World Campaign, which was launched last Ramadan by Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.
The RCA delegation, chaired by Fahad Sultan, has supervised over the distribution of clothes in the flood-battered areas.
Local Malaysian officials and relatives of the children expressed their gratitude for the assistance which brought joy to the children in affected areas.
