Deputy Head of the United Nations Support Mission in Libya (UNSMIL) Ali al Za'tari voiced Libyans' hope to resume oil exports to the whole world, in a bid to overcome the country's current economic crisis.
A number of countries have offered in-kind assistance to Libya, the UNSMIL deputy underscored Tuesday.
Italy, Germany, US as well as some Arab countries were among the providers, he stated.
Shedding light on obstacles that impede the delivery of donations to Libya, Za'tari noted that the north African country has only received 11% of the funds agreed upon by the donors, so far.
