Dollar trades around 80-yen level in early Tokyo market

The U.S. dollar traded around 80-yen level Thursday morning in Tokyo. At 9 a.m., the dollar fetched 79.98-80.03 yen compared with 79. 90-80.00 yen in New York and 80.27-28 yen in Tokyo at 5 p.m. Wednesday. The euro was quoted at 1.2756-2757 dollars and 102.02-04 yen against 1.2761-2771 dollars and 102.02-12 yen in New York and 1. 2868-2869 dollars and 103.29-33 yen in Tokyo late Wednesday afternoon.
