The U.S. dollar traded at the mid-102 yen level in Tokyo early Wednesday, slightly up from the overnight level in New York. At 9 a.m., the dollar was quoted at 102.50-52 yen compared with 102.32-42 yen in New York and 102.23-24 yen in Tokyo at 5 p.m. Tuesday. The euro fetched 1.2943-2947 dollars and 131.66-69 yen against 1.2851-2861 dollars and 131.57-67 yen in New York and 1.2903-2904 dollars and 131.91-95 yen in Tokyo late Tuesday afternoon.
