The Egyptian Exchange (EGX) continued its upward trend at the close of Monday's trading.
The market capital increased from 417.7 billion pounds to 475.7 billion pounds at the close of today's trading.
The benchmark index EGX 30 went up by 15.5 to close 9,852.69 points.
The broader EGX 70 index of the leading smaller and mid cap enterprises (SME) increased by 1.5 percent to 370.86 points.
The all-embracing EGX 100 index followed suit with 2.49 percent taking the index up to 874.7 points.
