Egypt stocks up 0.5 % by Wednesday close

Egypt stocks edged back from several days of losses to finish Wednesday in the green. The benchmark EGX30 climbed a modest 0.51 per cent to close at 4,108 points. The broader EGX70 index, however, slipped 0.1 per cent. Turnover levels remained low at LE238 million ($39.3m) with 88 shares gaining in value and 65 dropping.
