Europe\'s main stock markets closed after turning in mixed performances on Monday, with London\'s FTSE 100 index of leading companies gaining 0.31 percent to 6,503.63 points. Frankfurt\'s DAX 30 gave up a slight 0.03 percent to 7,984.29 points meanwhile, while in Paris the CAC 40 was off by 0.10 percent at 3,836.27 points. In Madrid the Ibex-35 closed with a loss of 0.85 percent, while in Milan the FTSE Mib was 0.69 percent lower.
