
Kuwait Stock Exchanged started Sunday receiving shares merging requests from shareholders of Kuwait Telecom Operator VIVA. In a press release, VIVA said that the KSE will continue receiving merging requests till the company's listing in the regular market.
It noted that KSE has assigned special employees to receive merger requests starting from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
The statement detailed the documents required from shareholders for guarantee the acceptance of their requests.
Last month, VIVA received the Capital Market Authority's approval to list on the local stock exchange, almost six years after the company completed an initial public offering (IPO).
