
The base metals prices on the London Metal Exchange (LME) closed lower on Monday.
The three-month unofficial copper price dropped 12 U.S. dollars, or 0.25 percent, to 4,701 U.S. dollars per tonne.
The three-month unofficial aluminium price lost 19 U.S. dollars, or 1.17 percent, to 1,599 U.S. dollars a tonne.
The three-month unofficial lead price lost 16 U.S. dollars, or 0.93 percent, to 1,698 U.S. dollars a tonne.
Besides, the three-month unofficial zinc price lost 17 U.S. dollars, or 0.84 percent, to 1,998 U.S. dollars a tonne.
The three-month unofficial nickel price lost 52.5 U.S. dollars, or 0.58 percent, to 8,985 U.S. dollars a tonne.
The three-month unofficial tin price lost 450 U.S. dollars, or 2.62 percent, to 16,725 U.S. dollars a tonne.
