The Qatar Exchange down on Thursday 0.06 points or to 8,478.61 points from the previous closing of 8,478.67. The volume of shares traded up to 6,326,753 from 3,940,297 Wednesday, and the value of shares increased to QR183,564,565.77 from QR140,256,305.39 Wednesday. Among the top losers were International Islamic Bank whose share dropped 0.38% to QR52.00, Qatar Insurance lost 3.43 to QR67.50, Rayan fell 0.37% to QR26.85 and Doha Bank down 0.55% to QR54.10. Today the Qatar Banking and Financial sector lost 0.48 points while the Insurance sector dropped 36.08 points. The Qatar industrial sector added 17.14 points and the Services sector down 0.48 points.
