Qatar exchange down 0.10%

The Qatar Exchange was down on Sunday 8.55 points or 0.10% to 8,458.65 points from the previous closing of 8,467.20. The volume of shares traded was fell to 5,400,266 from 5,645,822 Thursday, and the value of shares down to QR141,015,484.50 from QR174,157,904.09 Thursday. Among the top losers were Industries Qatar whose share dropped 0.51% to QR137.50, Commercial Bank of Qatar lost 0.54 to QR73.00, Doha Bank fell 0.36% to QR55.80 and Al khalij Commercial Bank down 0.40% to QR17.45. Today the Qatar Banking and Financial sector dropped 2.84 points while the Insurance sector added 26.75 points. The Qatar industrial sector lost 4.66 points and the Services sector gained 47.25 points.
