Qatar stock exchange up 0.28

The Qatar Exchange in the green area on Thursday adding 29.11 points (0.28%) advance to 10,486.23 points from 10,457.12 on Wednesday. The volume of the shares traded up to 9,970,989 from 9,836,183 on Wednesday and the value of shares decreased to QR535,760,960.27 from QR544,423,926.65 Wednesday. Among the top gainers were Qatar National Bank which was up 0.35% to QR174.00, Vodafone Qatar gained 0.09% to QR11.47, General Insurance added 2.38% to QR49.50 and masraf al rayan up by 0.60% to QR33.70. The Banking and Financial sector index was added 0.19 points while Consumer Goods and Services sector index up 0.26 points. The industrial sector was gained 0.30 points while insurance sector rose 0.15 points.
