The US dollar decreased against most major currencies on Monday as investors lowered expectation for an interest-rate hike before mid-year following recent dovish remarks from Federal Reserve officials.
In late New York trading, the euro rose to 1.1409 dollars from 1.1396 dollars in the previous session, while the dollar bought 107.97 Japanese yen, lower than 108.37 in the previous session.
