8 road projects under implementation in Dammam

The Assistant Deputy of Ministry of Transport for Technical Affairs and the General Supervisor of the General Directorate of Roads and Transport in the Eastern Province, Engineer Mohammed bin Khalid Al-Suwaiket said on Wednesday that there are 8 Road projects which are under implementation in the Eastern Province. The completion of works on these pending projects range between 30 to 100 percent, is expected to be fully ready by the end of this year, he said. He disclosed this during a monthly meeting of the Eastern Province\'s Chamber of Commerce and Industry, held here Tuesday. These projects are Dammam-Khobar Coastal Road; Dual-Carriageway of Abu Maan Umm Al-Sahak and Al-Hafouf ; Al-Oqair and Al-Qatif; Al-Awamiyah-Safavi extension to Dhahran; Al-Oqair-Salwa. Dual-Carriageway phase one of Hafr Al-Batin; Al-Raqaee; a Linking road of Half Moon Bay and the completion of Thaj-Fadhli Road.
