SR20bn 17,000 Real Estate units set for sale

The Ministry of Commerce and Industry announced that the number of licensed real estate units for sale on the map amounts to more than 17,000 real estate units in various regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia at a total value of about SR 20 billion by the end of 2014.
In a press release today, the Ministry stressed that the information provided by the developers or buyers are dealt confidentially and safely and won't be disclosed except in contributing to the preservation of all parties' rights.
According to statistics from the real estate units sale program listed on the Ministry of Commerce and Industry's map, the total number of licensed real estate units for sale on its map in all regions of the Kingdom reached 17,258 real estate units, of which 14,834 housing units, 354 office units, eight commercial units and 2070 land development units at total value of more than SR 19.3 billion.
