Drena De Niro accompanies father Robert to charity event

Drena De Niro accompanied father Robert De Niro and stepmother Grace Hightower to the Friars Foundation Gala on Tuesday.
The 43-year-old actress attended the charity event to honor her father's achievements in the entertainment industry. Robert was the guest of honor, and received the prestigious Friars Club Entertainment Icon Award. The 71-year-old actor dedicated the prize to late star Robin Williams.
"Adding Robert De Niro to the Club's Icon Award honor roll is a testament to his incredible talents and reveres his place in the highest entertainment echelon," Friars Foundation chairman Joseph Zappala lauded.

Drena is the daughter of Robert's first wife, Diahnne Abbott, from a previous relationship. Robert and Diahnne were married from 1976 to 1988, and the actor adopted Drena during the marriage. The former couple have one son together named Raphael, and Robert also has twin sons with ex-girlfriend Toukie Smith, and a son and daughter with second wife Grace.
