Erika Jackson files for divorce from Randy Jackson

 Randy and Erika Jackson are headed for divorce.
Erika Jackson filed for divorce from the former American Idol judge on Friday, citing irreconcilable differences. The couple have been together for 18 years, and are parents to 17-year-old son Jordon. Erika is seeking full custody of their son, and has requested Jackson pay spousal support and her legal fees.
Jackson and Erika married in 1995, and have one other child together, 19-year-old daughter Zoe. The television personality is also father to daughter Taylor from his previous marriage to first wife Elizabeth.
Jackson served as a judge on 12 consecutive seasons of American Idol, and left the Fox reality competition in 2013. He rejoined the show as a mentor in season 13, and will return for season 14 in January 2015.
