Actress Lisa Stelly, the fiancee of British reality TV personality Jack Osbourne, has given birth to their first child, a daughter, Hello! reported Tuesday. \"Hello! can exclusively announce the safe arrival of @MrJackO & @lisamarstelly \'s baby girl Pearl weighing 8lb 6oz. Love & congrats to them!\" the magazine said in a Twitter posting. Where and when the baby was born were not reported. Osbourne is the 26-year-old son of rocker Ozzy Osbourne and \"The Talk\" co-host Sharon Osbourne. Osbourne and Stelly, 26, confirmed their engagement last year.
