U.S. reality TV personality Dr. Jennifer Arnold says her cancer is in remission after months of weekly intensive chemotherapy treatment. "I had my official last chemo treatment," the 39-year-old neonatologist and star of "The Little Couple" told People.com Tuesday. "And while I'm hesitant to say I'm cancer-free -- maybe that's common for people who have had cancer -- I'm doing great. Everything is moving in the right direction. I am very excited." The married mother of two young children was diagnosed with stage 3 choriocarcinoma last year. Arnold, who has dwarfism, underwent surgery to remove a mass in her uterus, then began chemotherapy after a bout of pneumonia.
