Jennifer Lawrence searches for a New York apartment

Jennifer Lawrence was spotted apartment hunting with her real estate agent and dogs Wednesday.

Donning a casual outfit including denim shorts, a thin gray sweater, clunky heels and a tan fedora, the Mockingjay star was reportedly all-business while searching for the perfect, pet-friendly pad.

Sources say Lawrence, 24, spent a sizable amount of time searching in Tribeca, eventually checking out a boutique apartment building on Greenwich St. that has no current listings.

The star may have a hard time finding a place to stay since 99 percent of apartments in the area are occupied, according to a recent market report.

Still, Lawrence is expected to have a decent amount of money to spend.

The first trailer for The Hunger Games: Mockingjay -- Part 2, in which Lawrence plays the lead role, went public Tuesday. The film is scheduled to open in theaters Nov. 20. Maybe by then, the actress will have a NYC apartment to celebrate.
