Canadian-born pop star Justin Bieber rented a private Caribbean island this weekend to celebrate his 21st birthday.
TMZ reported the singer drank champagne and appeared to be affectionate with model Yovanna Ventura at the party, which took place on an island near Grenada.
Bieber's friends John and Sammy Shahidi gifted him with a restored 1965 Lincoln Continental last week in anticipation of his milestone birthday, the celebrity news website said.
"Grateful to be alive!!! Love u!!! 21," Bieber tweeted Saturday night. His birthday was Sunday.
