Lupita Nyong\'o to be Lancome\'s first black spokeswoman

Lupita Nyong'o is having a good year. In addition to winning her first Academy Award for her performance in 12 Years a Slave, the 31-year-old Kenyan actress has become the first black ambassador for French cosmetics house, Lancome.
