Mama June taking 'time apart' from partner Sugar Bear

Mama June and Sugar Bear have gone their separate ways.
The 34-year-old reality star and Mike "Sugar Bear" Thompson were together for 10 years, and held a commitment ceremony in 2013. June "Mama June" Shannon reportedly kicked Thompson to the curb after she discovered he was active on online dating sites.
"Sugar Bear and I have decided to take some time apart to figure out some things in our relationship," Shannon told TMZ. "We are taking things day by day but regardless of what happens the girls will always be our number one priority. We want to thank y'all for your support."
The couple themselves met in an online chat room in 2004, and welcomed daughter Alana "Honey Boo Boo" Thompson in 2005. Shannon has three other daughters from previous relationships: Lauryn "Pumpkin Shannon, Jessica "Chubbs" Shannon and Anna "Chickadee" Shannon. The family first came to fame on TLC reality series Toddlers & Tiaras, and landed their own spinoff show, Here Comes Honey Boo Boo, in 2012.
Here Comes Honey Boo Boo follows Alana and her family as she competes in child beauty pageants. The series will return for a fifth season in January 2015.
