Right back at it. Fresh off split with ex-fiancé Charlize Theron, Us Weekly has exclusively revealed that Sean Penn was seen on a date Tuesday with CSI: NY actress Emmanuelle Vaugier.
The pair sat down for dinner at West Hollywood's Madeo, sharing drinks and laughs, moving from a tucked away corner booth table to later sharing a private conversation on the back patio of the restaurant.
Details include the Oscar winner simply wearing jeans and a gray leather jacket while Vaugier sported a more date-friendly black halter dress.
The actress last starred in ABC's Mistresses and is actually the second woman Penn has been seen with this summer after enjoying a dinner with Friday Night Lights star Minka Kelly in July.
Sean Penn is still working on his directorial effort, The Last Face, which stars Theron.
