Warner Brothers said it was \"deeply saddened\" by Friday\'s massacre at a Colorado screening of its latest Batman movie, as it reportedly cancelled a red-carpet premiere in Paris. \"Warner Brothers is deeply saddened to learn about this shocking incident,\" the studio said in a statement. \"We extend our sincere sympathies to the families and loved ones of the victims at this tragic time.\" The Hollywood Reporter, a trade journal, said Friday\'s scheduled gala premiere of \"The Dark Knight Rises\" in Paris had been cancelled, along with media events with director Christopher Nolan and cast members.
