Electricity Affairs Minister Dr. Abdulhussain Mirza today received a delegation from Bahrain Management Center led by CEO Dr. Dina Jabiri and reviewed areas of investment in the renewable energy sector.
The minister presented a brief on projects of EWA, initiatives of the Sustainable Energy Unit, progress in the implementation of the National Energy Efficiency Action Plan (NEEAP) and the National Renewable Energy Plan (NREAP), as well as potential areas of cooperation with private sector.
Dr. Jabiri gave an overview of the projects presented by Bahrain Management Center in the fields of renewable energy and energy efficiency, stressing desire to take part in the implementation of investment projects in the same field.
