His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister today visited His Royal Highness Prince Charles, Prince of Wales, at Clarence House, on the sidelines of His Royal Highness’ trip to the United Kingdom.
During the meeting, His Royal Highness underscored the longstanding strategic partnership between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the UK which spans over two centuries, highlighting the enduring political, military and economic ties between the two countries.
The Crown Prince went on to note that His Majesty King Hamad’s recent visit to the UK underscores the strength of relations between the two Kingdoms, adding that historical and cultural ties are reinforced by mutual positions on a range of strategic issues.
The Crown Prince then expressed his appreciation to His Royal Highness Prince Charles for his interest in further supporting Bahraini-UK relations, particularly in the developmental and cultural sectors
